Rainbee.com respects each and every one of our customers' right to Privacy. We have built our reputation on service and taking care of our customers beyond their expectations, and we will continue to provide these levels of service for many years to come. At no time will any personal information given to Rainbee.com (i.e. name, home address, home or work phone numbers, purchase history, etc.) be sold or transferred to any other party. Information may be shared between our sister websites, which are wholly owned by us.

If you place an online order, our secure order form requests contact, billing and financial information.

Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to you. Your contact information, including physical address and delivery phone number, is also used by us and shared with the package carrier on the shipping label to get in touch with you should you need to be contacted regarding the delivery of your package, questions about your order or regarding the status of your order.

The financial information we collect (such as a credit card number for a purchase) is used only to bill you for products you purchase.

Special Order Policy

At Rainbee, all of our bedding, bedding accessories and furnishings are specially ordered for you directly from the manufacturer and delivered straight to your door, usually within 1-4 weeks (some items can take longer please call for info). We charge your credit card when we place your order with the manufacturer.

If you need to return or cancel your order at any time, please contact our Customer Service Department by email at services@rainbee.com or call toll free 1-877-RAINBEE (877-724-6233), from 8AM to 5PM PST. Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.

Returns and cancellations could be subject to a 10%-25% restocking fee depending on which products were purchased. This fee may be waived if the order is cancelled prior to being ordered with the manufacturer. For close-out and personalized products, all sales are final and orders cannot be cancelled once the order is placed. Wall Border and Fabric orders are non-returnable and may not be cancelled.

Shipping Policy

Rainbee can ship orders to all 50 states, plus Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, Mexico & most other international addresses, including APO/FPO addresses. Products are specially ordered for you from the manufacturer and usually delivered within 1-4 weeks. Delivery times may vary depending on what items are ordered. Please contact us with any concerns on length of shipping time for your order.

Oversized items may require a freight carrier for delivery and may not be available to all locations or to P.O. Box addresses. Please allow up to 2 additional weeks for delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam, and other international addresses. Also up to 4-6 additional weeks for delivery to APO/FPO addresses.

Furniture items are not available for delivery to APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada, Mexico & other International Addresses

At rainbee we have made shipping costs easy to understand prior to placing your order. For our standard ground shipping method, shipping charges are based on the total value of your order. For all other methods, the shipping charge will be shown in the shopping cart after entering your shipping info, prior to final checkout.

Shipping Rates to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Mexico other International Addresses

Furniture items are not available for delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Mexico & other International Addresses.

Shipping Rates to APO/FPO addresses

Rainbee ships orders to APO/FPO addresses via the United Postal Service (Priority Mail). When you place an order for delivery to an APO/FPO address, you will be sent a shipping quote via email within two business days, only if there is an additional charge to ship to your location. You will have the option to accept the shipping charges specified in the quote or cancel your order.

Oversized items may not be available to all locations. Freight delivery is not available. Furniture items are not available for delivery to APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery times may vary and are subject to military delivery schedules. Please allow up to 4-6 additional weeks for delivery. Delivery to remote locations may take longer.

Shipping Rates to Canada

Rainbee is able to ship most items to Canada via USPS or UPS. When you place an order for delivery to Canada, you will be sent a shipping quote via email within two business days. You will have the option to accept the shipping charges specified in the quote or cancel your order. The recipient of the order will be responsible for all duty charges and taxes.

Furniture items are not available for delivery to Canada.

Shipping Rates to Mexico, or other International Addresses

Rainbee is able to ship most items to Mexico, or other International Addresses  via UPS or USPS. When you place an order for delivery to Mexico, or other International Addresses , you will be sent a shipping quote via email within two business days. You will have the option to accept the shipping charges specified in the quote or cancel your order. The recipient of the order will be responsible for all duty charges and taxes.

Furniture items are not available for delivery to Mexico or other International Addresses.

Refusal of Delivery

At Rainbee, we are committed to keeping shipping costs down and ensuring you continue to receive the lowest prices on quality products. For this reason, we must charge additional shipping costs for orders refused on delivery. Shipping charges cover the cost of sending an order back to Rainbee and apply even if the order was shipped for free to the customer with our free shipping promotion. When we receive the order, we will refund the amount of the order, less the shipping costs, to the credit card.

Refusal of delivery shipping charges will not apply to orders damaged in shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided

Rainbee charges additional shipping costs for orders returned to us or re-routed due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Shipping charges cover the cost of sending an order back to Rainbee or getting the package re-routed to its intended address and apply even if the order was shipped for free to the customer with our free shipping promotion. When we receive the order, we will refund the amount of the order, less the shipping costs, to the credit card.

Missing Packages

When your order is shipped, we notify you via an email which includes a tracking number. Packages typically take 5-10 business days from ship date to arrive at your shipping destination. You can use this tracking number to get the transit status and expected delivery dates.

If your package is not received in accordance with the expected delivery date provided by the shipper, please contact customer service within 5 business days, and we will file a claim for you with the shipper. If you do not notify customer service within 5 days after the shippers expected delivery date, provide an invalid email address, or provide an incorrect address, the package and all associated shipping charges are your responsibility.

Changing or Canceling an Order

Need to change or cancel your order? It's easy with Rainbee. Just contact us by email at services@rainbee.com or call toll-free at 1-877-RAINBEE, from 8AM to 5PM PST, within 24 hours of placing your order, and we'll update or cancel your order for free.

If you are unable to change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order, or before Rainbee places your order with the manufacturer your purchased items will be sent to you.

Orders canceled after they have been placed with the manufacturer may be subject to a 10%-25% restocking fee depending on what items are ordered.

You may return the order within 14 days of receiving it for a refund. All returns may be subject to a 10%-25% restocking fee depending on what items are returned and the maunufacurer policy for those items. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

Return Policy
IMPORTANT INFORMATION, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
Rainbee.com strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and an exceptional shopping experience. Here are our RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICIES, we take these very seriously to protect our customers and prevent confusion later. Please read before you place your order.

Items may be returned or exchanged only by following these steps:

  • You have 14 days from the time you receive your package to:

  • Request a refund, notify us of missing or damaged items, or request an exchange and obtain the RMA# (Return of Merchandise Authorization Number) using our form :Refund Request
  • You MUST obtain an RMA#(Return of Merchandise Authorization Number) for ANY refund or exchange using this form :Refund Request
  • The RMA# is good for only 7 days, after which it will expire. If we receive your package after the 7 day expiration, we will not be able to process your refund.
  • Only items that are in their original packaging and in new condition with a RMA# (Return of Merchandise Authorization Number) will be accepted for returns.
  • Approved refunds will be processed minus our original shipping charges and the customer pays return shipping costs.
  • Returns may be subject to a 10%-25% restocking fee depending on the items returned and the manufacturer policy please contact us with any questions.
  • No returns on Maddie Boo Products.

  • If your return involves any of the following, it will be refused by our receiving department and shipped back to you at your expense. No refund will be processed if :

  • It is returned to us after the 7 day window, without a return authorization, or returned used, or altered in any way, or missing its original packaging, it will be refused by our warehouse and shipped back to you at your expense and NO refund will be processed.
  • Items that are dirty, washed or used will not be accepted for refunds.
  • Fabric, Wallpaper Border, and custom bedding are non-returnable.
  • Shipping costs and gift-wrapping are non-refundable.

How to Make a Return
Before you can return items to Rainbee, you will need a Return of Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please fill out our Refund Request Form : Refund Request or contact our Customer Service Department by email at services@rainbee.com or call toll free 1-877-RAINBEE(877-724-6233), from 8AM to 5PM PST to request an RMA#. Our customer service representatives will need the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product name and SKU
  • Reason for return
  • Specify whether you want to return for a replacement, exchange or refund

When you receive the RMA#, write the number and reason for the return on the back of your packing slip. Include the packing slip in the return package, and send the package to:

Rainbee recommends that you use Fed Ex Ground, UPS ground or Insured Parcel Post to ship returns to us. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or delayed during shipping, and we can only credit you for items received. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Wrong, Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive wrong items, damaged items, or are missing items, we will replace the items - at no cost to you. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Personal Checks, Money Orders and Rainbee Gift Certificates.

When you place your order, you will be asked to submit a credit card number over the Internet. Rest assured that your credit card information is safeguarded with our Safe Shopping Guarantee. We secure all payment transactions using the latest encryption technology (Secure Socket Layer or SSL).

Safe Shopping Guarantee

In the unlikely event that unauthorized charges are made to your credit card, Rainbee will cover the liability to your card, up to $50 - the maximum amount your bank can hold you liable for unauthorized charges. You must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Sales Tax Policy

Rainbee is required to charge an 8.75% sales tax to items sold and shipped within the state of California. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of each item, excluding shipping and handling charges.

Items sold and shipped outside of California will not be charged sales tax. Sales tax will not be applied for the purchase of gift certificates. Purchases paid for with gift certificates may be subject to sales tax if items are sold and shipped in California.

Purchasing Gift Certificates

It's quick and easy to redeem a coupon or gift certificate at Rainbee. Just follow the steps below.

How to Redeem a Gift Certificate

  • Browse our online store to find the item you want to purchase.
  • Add your selection to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
  • Enter the coupon code in the designated area and click the "Redeem" button.
  • The coupon will appear in your shopping cart and the coupon discount will be applied to your total.

How to Create a Gift Registry
Creating your registry is easy. Just enter the name and address information requested, so your friends and family may find your registry and so that we can ship the items to you once they are purchased. We ask you to also provide your email address and a password so that you can modify your registry at a later point.

Once you create your registry you will receive an email confirmation with your information. You will then be ready to add items to your registry. Just browse our site and click on the "Add to Registry" button whenever you find something you like - you can always change it later. After you are done creating your registry, you can send an email to your friends and family letting them know that you have set up a gift registry at rainbee.com.
